This quaint Ballard home received a complete gut/remodel. The originally compartmentalized floor plan was opened up, with new, large south-facing windows bring natural light deep into the space. Notable elements include a new sun-soaked office space, vaulted ceiling with exposed framing, and 14-foot retractable glass wall.  Design by Motion Space Architecture + Design PLLC
